Black Needle Tea | 凤庆滇红 is a dark, full-bodied Chinese black tea with an enticingly sweet and malty flavor of cocoa and honey with a ripe fruit aroma. It consists of many dark and golden buds and tender leaves harvested more than 1000m above sea level. For a typical harvest, there aren’t many buds and tender leaves, and as a result is a rare treat. Grown in the Yunnan Province of China, this tea is made with broader leaves as compared to other parts of China and has a golden-red infusion.
